Where appropriate, as part of Property Management Services, Right 2 Manage will collect ground rent from flats and property owners on behalf of the Landlord.
On behalf of landlords we will:
• Issue rent demand notices on due dates. (as defined in your lease)
• Collect ground rent from leaseholders on the date they are due according to the lease. • Ground rent arrears investigation and collection (through the courts if necessary)
• Manage the review of ground rent increases. (as defined in your lease)
• Advise and mediate on Landlord and tenant issues.
Ground Rent Demand Notices are issued to flat owners in compliance with Section 166 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
It is legally binding and rarely not paid by the lessee or their mortgage company.
