Right 2 Manage has a policy of appointing local, referenced and trustworthy contractors and Subcontractors in Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset, for reliable and reasonably priced Property Maintenance and Property Management Services including:

– Cleaning (common areas) – Gardening
– Window Cleaning
– Repairs

– General Property Maintenance
– Large scale Property Maintenance (Roof replacement etc)

If leaseholders or flat owners have contractors that they would prefer to use for their Property Maintenance, Right 2 Manage is happy to appoint any such a contractor, providing that they supply references and evidence of their public liability insurance.

In some cases, for cleaning and minor day to day Property Management Services, Right 2 Manage employs an in house Property Maintenance team. This allows Right 2 Manage to control and keep Property Management costs for blocks of flats and property owners to a minimum.

It is also possible for Lessees to undertake some services themselves to reduce costs of their property management, for instance cutting their own grass or cleaning their own common parts should you so wish.
